Email us at pro@dermelect.com with a link to your website or online portfolio, along with your mailing address, phone number and preferred email address. Don’t have a website- email a scan of your professional license, comp card, tear sheet (with printed name credit), union card or other professional identification. You will be contacted via return email by the end of the next business day.
